The best craft brewery bars in Sydney

In late 2022, I was given the opportunity to rewrite the list of the best breweries in Sydney by Time Out. Although the list was already pretty exhaustive I expanded it to include Frenchies Bistro & Brewery, Mixtape Brewing, Staves Brewery, Slow Lane Brewing and Queens of Chaos Brewing at Sausage Queen (which has now sadly closed although the brewing continues). Excitingly, I was allowed to add a 'Must Try' beer for each venue, choices that I still stand by now!
